There will be a period when you are unable to redeem your points. We will send you an update a little closer to the time. You can start to collect points again, once the new shop has launched. However, you can view your point at any moment on the dedicated page. Once the current shop has closed, additional points cannot be collected. Can I still earn points before the launch of the new shop? Please note, following the closure of the existing shop, you will not be able to collect any further points or redeem your points. You will be able to redeem the points once the shop is reopened. How can I redeem my prizes from the shop? Until the new shop opens, your points will not expire. Your points will be available for use when the new shop has opened. Spin loyalty shop has closed, and I’ve not used up my points.
